Scholarship Note

The number of scholarships awarded in the second and subsequent years will adhere to the Scholarships Continuation Policy 2025-26.

Academic performance will be the sole criterion for the continuation of scholarships. Scholarships will be granted starting from the highest slab, based on the merit list prepared for each school.

Eligibility for Scholarship Continuation

To be eligible for scholarship continuation, students must maintain a minimum CGPA of 8.00, have 75% attendance, and not have any academic backlogs (FI/FR or any other). A detailed Scholarship Continuation Policy will be available on the website by December 31st.

Scholarships will cover Tuition Fees only; any foreign or additional charges will not be included.

Scholarships will not be applicable if there is a gap between academic sessions. Only students who have completed their examinations in 2023/2024 are eligible for the scholarship.

In programs like B.Sc. Nursing and B. Pharma, 5% of seats are allocated under the scholarship scheme on a first-come, first-served basis. Students can avail of a maximum of one scholarship, whichever is higher.

Reservation Policy

The Reservation Policy will follow the guidelines set by the U.P. Government and Sharda University Ordinance.

Any provisionally granted scholarship is subject to revocation if the full semester fee is not paid within the timeline mentioned in the provisional admission letter or within 30 days, whichever comes first.

Scholarships will only be granted if the 10th and 12th board examinations are from the same board.

Calculation of Aggregate Percentage

For non-technical programs, the aggregate percentage will be calculated based on the marks scored in English and three academic subjects (compulsory subjects), excluding Physical Education, Fine Arts, Performing Arts, or any Vocational/Non-Written subjects. These subjects will be considered according to their relevance to the respective disciplines.

Students seeking scholarships based on their JEE Mains scores should note that there are limited seats under this category, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Students will be required to pay the full fees initially; any excess amount accrued due to the scholarship will be adjusted against payments for Semester II.

Granting scholarships is subject to the approval of the Scholarship Committee.

No scholarship requests will be considered after October 31st of the admission year, including those awaiting results or any other circumstances.

Availability of Scholarships

There are limited scholarship seats available, awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. The Scholarship Committee reserves the right to review, modify, or cancel awarded scholarships based on any circumstances as notified by the University.
